Every Pyra Report and Dashboard is delivered through the Professional Portal — a secure file space running on Progress ShareFile. Each matter gets its own folder, shared only with the attorney, GAL, or CPS worker assigned to it, and the account is configured to require two-factor sign-in. These are settings we have configured; we have not yet completed our own end-to-end verification of them, and we will say so here when we have. Finished deliverables are not sent as email attachments.

Pyra doesn't hold third-party security certifications yet — and we say so plainly. What we do have today is itemized, specific, and yours to verify: de-identification before anything leaves our custody, per-exhibit hash verification, storage in a HIPAA-compliant-configured environment (a configuration, not a certification — and most coparenting records are not HIPAA-covered data in the first place), and two-factor sign-in on professional accounts — a one-time code on top of the password, through the ShareFile platform the Portal runs on. Those last two run on ShareFile rather than on anything Pyra built: we have configured them, and we have not yet completed our own end-to-end verification of either, so we describe them as configured rather than as proven.
