Pyra Reports and Dashboards are delivered through the Professional Portal — never by email — a secure file space running on Progress ShareFile, where each matter is given its own folder permissioned to the attorney, GAL, or CPS worker assigned to it. Two-factor sign-in and per-matter isolation are configured on our ShareFile account; we have not yet completed our own end-to-end verification, so we describe them as configured rather than proven — see Security for how far we have taken it.
Each matter is its own ShareFile folder, permissioned to you and to us and configured so it is never shared across cases or professionals. See Security for how far we have verified that setting.
Send source records through a per-matter ShareFile upload link rather than by email. This is our documented intake process; we have not yet run it on a live matter.
Professional accounts sign in with a password plus a one-time code, using ShareFile's two-factor authentication. How we verify this.
Each matter you commission gets its own isolated folder in the Portal, holding the records you sent and the deliverables we returned. You open a matter and work inside it. That per-matter separation is a ShareFile permission setting we have configured rather than proven — we have not yet completed our own end-to-end isolation test, and no real matter has run through it yet. See Security for how far we have verified it.
A single dashboard listing every matter side by side — with status, next hearing date, and refresh alerts — is on the roadmap and is not built. We would rather tell you that than show you a screenshot of it.
Schematic notation — a lock glyph marks a folder drawn closed; a crossed connector marks a link that is not drawn between one folder and the next. Select a label above to bring one folder forward.
Step inside a working preview: sign in, browse a caseload of matters, open a case, and open a real interactive Pyra dashboard — the same organized, source-linked record we build for counsel. Fully synthetic sample data; a short passphrase is all you need.
Open the interactive demo →Live, interactive synthetic preview — de-identified, illustration only.
No real matters, credentials, or payment data.
Nothing on those screens is wired: everything the preview shows — the caseload view, the matter chronology, report download, membership, self-service payment and seat management among them — illustrates planned functionality that is not built yet, and the figures in it are placeholders rather than quoted prices — pricing is scoped per matter.
Not built, and not implied: a cross-matter status dashboard, next-hearing tracking, and refresh-due alerts. Those are roadmap.
Two-factor sign-in and the per-matter upload link are ShareFile settings we have configured rather than proven; we have not yet completed our own end-to-end verification of either. "Time-limited" follows the account's current maximum expiry, which is six months and has not yet been shortened.
Sign-in runs on Progress ShareFile. Two-factor there is a setting we have configured rather than proven — we have not yet completed our own end-to-end verification of it. See Security for how far we have verified it.
